Here’s how 👇 🥬Eat a healthy diet! I’m talking fruits, vegetables, and healthy fats that you get from walnuts, avocados, flaxseeds and fish! Beginning my day with a meal replacement drink that contains flaxseed for healthy skin and gives me just the right amount of protein and carbs to keep my insulin levels low so I can remain a healthy weight has been the best thing I’ve done for my body and skin ✅ 🛌 Get adequate sleep! This means managing my stress levels through self care and exercise. It also means I’m not drinking alcohol! Alcohol kept me up more nights than I can count and I was constantly dragging ass! Going alcohol free has given me the best rest I could ever imagine. Sleep is restorative and gives your cells time to repair, aka make you look HOT 🔥 🏋️‍♀️ Workout! Exercise will help with those stress levels letting you catch up on that restorative sleep! It will also help with circulation making that blood pump through you to give you that GLOW! ⏰ Intermittent fasting! Fasting promotes autophagy, a process where cells remove damaged components, leading to cellular repair and rejuvenation, essential for aging women! Staying consistent with these steps will guarantee you start looking and feeling your best self!
