i gained a good amount of weight during the beginning of puberty and was insanely insecure, now i’m turning 16 next month and i lost it all plus a little more and it makes me so nervous even thinking about gaining weight when im in my 20s i don’t think ill be able to handle it

I hit puberty in elementary school, so I filled out in high school and had to deal with the weight gain then. I couldn’t imagine getting my woman body in my 20’s, that’s so bizarre to me
