@stephanyvicx: Hi friends! ✨ Decided to make a high protein snack with some sourdough bread I had gotten from the grocery store yesterday. I started off by toasting a slice of sourdough bread with some ghee until golden brown. I then topped it off with cottage cheese, ripe slices of an heirloom tomato that I seasoned with sea salt.
