Customers dont care about the logistics of how a restaurant/bar works You need to redirect this toward businesses & advocate for higher wages across the board The rest of the world pays livable wages

Wild how this works servers should tip out based on percentage of tip not total cost. No tip should = no tip out

At the restaurant I work at we tip the bartender out 1% of our total sales. doesn’t matter how much of it was alchohol. for ex i made $500 in total sales and $130 in tips and tipped out $5
