@brufava: 5 easy Breakfast Ideas for kids💕Sometimes we run out of ideas for breakfast for ourselves and the kids. These ideas are very easy and quick. Save them to remember when you need to make breakfast. Dragon Fruit Bowl 1 banana (preferably frozen), 1 sachet or 4 cubes of frozen dragon fruit smoothie packs (found in the frozen section at the grocery store), a splash of almond milk. Blend everything together and add your choice of toppings. I like to add shredded coconut and granola. Banana and Oat Pancakes 1 banana, 1 egg, 1/4 cup almond milk, and 2/3 cup oats. Blend everything together. Grease a skillet with oil or butter and pour the batter in spoonfuls to make pancakes. Flip and serve with syrup. Egg Bites 3 eggs, 2 tablespoons cheese, 2 tablespoons ham, 1 tablespoon spinach, 1 tablespoon onions, tomato, and peppers. Mix with a fork and pour into greased muffin tins. Bake at 400°F for 10-15 minutes. Avocado Toast Sourdough bread, smash an avocado and season with a pinch of salt and a splash of lemon juice. Top with an egg and sprinkle with Everything but the Bagel seasoning.
