Get a crock pot and put them in with water and turn it on. The paint will come right off.

Soak the handles in hot water with bar keepers friend for a while then scrub with a metal dish scrubber

the door hardware is super easy take it off and boil it in water with baking soda in it. all that paint will come right off!
