Is this government funded? Or owner funded? That’s a HUGE increase, great for educators but a lot of services are already struggling to keep ends meet from what I hear.

Will services pass the whole 15% on to staff? I've already heard about service providers saying they have to work out Wray % they pass on as educators are already plays over the award... if the government is funding it Educators should get the whole lot
