Last month I had to go 3 times ive had anxiety my whole life But Lately Its been Way way worse like GAD symptoms Where its constant, also bpd recently diagnosed and trying to get the right treatment

i’ve only had 2 full blown panic attacks like that, the most recent a few weeks ago… traumatizing. i thought i was dying both times. i think im still recovering from the second one.

I don’t blame you one bit. I woke up into a panic attack one time, I literally thought I was on acid and was going to die- I’m an emt and I knew, even then that the ER can’t do anything about.

Oh trust my mom has had at least three like that in the last five years. The ambulance bill she got for one to take her to a hospital literally 10-12 minutes away from the house was 🤢🤮

I had to get my heart checked out before having surgery after an emergency room panic attack. Never experienced that before just a few months ago.

I had horrible anxiety (PAs almost everyday usually multiple times/day) for like 7y. I haven’t had like a REALLY bad PA in like 6y though

mine always make me end up unconscious. it doesn't help i have POTS and they literally think i am having a heart attack w my 200 bpm 😅
