Uhhh I MISS ibuprofen 😭 not allowed to have it anymore and my PCOS hates me. I have hip pain 24/7 but especially right before my period.

i have issues with histamine the week before my period only and this time i had hip pain i decided to take ibuprofen i never try to take meds and my headaches and histamine stuff was way better and it was a way easier period but i know that dosnt fix anything i want to fix what's causing this my guess is low progesterone bc i have a very short period but spot for days and days after
