That’s only for the buildup that’s visible there’s still plaque underneath your gums that are eating the roots of your teeth. If you don’t clean what’s underneath the gum your teeth will be LOOSE.

Yea you can remove it possibly but read up on bone loss that you can’t see that come from tartar build up. Don’t be alarmed when you remove it and your teeth become loose.
