He'd remember how he tried to become a god once, how he chased divinity but gave up on it after being defeated. He desperately wanted his chance back. He wanted to become a god. He wanted to live a longer life with the one he loves more than anything. More than himself, even. Yes, it was selfish. Of course it was. Depriving his lover of a normal human life where he can grow old just so he can stay with him was incredibly selfish. But Scara couldnt help it. Kazuha was one of the only people hes ever loved this way. He would give his entire life just to stay by his side until the end of time. He kept all these thoughts to himself. He shouldnt try to become a god. Hes changed.. And yet everytime he sees Kazuha, the thought comes back to his mind. What if he just becomes a god? wouldnt it be possible since he has a vision? wouldnt it be possible for him to ascend and become one?.. At the same time, everytime he sees the way Kazuha smiles at him, his heart breaks at the thought of selfishly keeping him to himself, rather than letting him be free like he should be. It wasnt fair, really. Him being an immortal puppet created by Raiden Ei, and Kazuha a normal human samurai who could grow old and die. The only way he could be with him forever without potentially hurting his lover was to be buried with him. Even in death, they won't part.
