It depends on what you're drinking. If you're in a real ale or craft pub, getting halves is a good idea because it lets you try more of them without being as wankered. Plus they stay fresh. 👍

Halves work at ale festival cos you can try more. A few pubs do ⅓ pints if they've 3 guests, so you can try them all and drive. Where are you getting double pints? My beer is flat and warm anyway lol.

Half pint is great if the bar is empty because it’s gonna be cold the whole time. But even if it’s a semi full bar gotta get the pint stop annoying the bar tender
