@coachkatedurocher: This week I got a voice note from one of my graduated clients and I just had to share it with you all! This incredible woman came to me wanting to figure out why she wasn’t meeting good men who were ready for what she is… Today she’s not only attracting quality guys, but she’s dating a man who treats her with nothing but respect! It’s messages like this that remind me why I’m so passionate about helping people with their dating lives and relationships. I worked with this client on and off for about 6 months and in that time we went on a powerful, and honestly pretty unexpected, journey. We worked through: ◾️ Her fear of conflict, breaking old patterns of avoiding issues or brushing them under the rug ◾️ Limiting beliefs she had about herself and dating thanks to difficult experiences in the past ◾️ Lies and hurtful words put on her by people that she then carried as if they were truths for years ◾️ Challenging relationships with her family, which I am SOOOO happy to say has transformed greatly since I’ve known her (makes me cry!!) ◾️ Worries that she’d never find a healthy man and relationship My heart feels so so full listening to her voice memo, reflecting back on her experience working together. 🥹🫶 Results may not happen instantly, but if you stick with the work, they will happen.
