Please never take the approved or certified plan out of the indenture but rather add the bar code plan to it, please if not during registration for land title you will be hot 🙏🏿

bar codes just csme into the system few years ago if u have a cadastral plan without the bar code it's still valid

No you are not allow to remove the old one , but rather you place the bar-coded one in front of the old one , mote that the old one given to u by the chief is an evidence of how u obtained the land
