Does this apply to everyone that has PCOS? I've been taking maca and for the first time in months I've had a natural period without having to go on provera or any other synthetic hormones medication.

It is true I took it and I had prolonged bleeding for weeks! You’re right people need to made more aware now I can’t tell when my cycle is now and I had very bad cramps!
