From what I’ve been told people on SSI barely even have any money within two weeks of receiving it after all the bills and inflation so how would they even save that much money?😂🙄

so if this passes I can save $10,000 but if like food stamps or Medicaid assets are still $2,000 I cannot save or I'll lose those services I need to live make that make sense

They could always have had as much money as they wanted because they can just keep the money in their house. Nobody knows how much money is in your house. Therefore, you would have it if you needed it

They gave me a lump sum for my disabled son I couldn’t use it for anything useful to him not even a bed or reliable car couldn’t buyfood I could get therapy that I already get through medicade tho 😩
