They sell belts that if you get into trouble in the water, you pull a cord on belt to inflate as a life preserver. I wear one whenever in water as I’m not a strong swimmer and heck, things happen

Why does it seem like they ignored him drowning? Two lifeguards and at least one sports announcer, they had to have seen him. Especially if people from the crowd could see him. It's like they let him drown.
