@princessfrombabylon: 💚 PAN SEARED CHICKEN & ZUCCHINI 💚 The whipped feta sauce is SO addicting 😋 Chicken breast seasoning: -oregano -cayenne -paprika -cumin -chilli -salt & pepper -cornstarch Pan sear each side for 2 minutes then finish off in oven Cut zucchini in half length wise, score & salt. Let rest 10 minutes then remove moisture with paper towel. Pan sear score side down for 5 minutes, then bake in oven for another 5. Flip & repeat for the other side Whipped feta: -feta -Greek yogurt -jalapeño -lemon zest & juice -garlic -mint -dill
