This is why I don’t like trading seats with other passengers. They often identify you through seat assignment.

File a small claims suit against American Airlines you can do that at your local courthouse. Go see the clerk of the court.

Did you ever swap seats with someone on a past flight with them? I feel like I heard a similar story on TikTok of someone that got banned bc the flight attendant reported it by the seat number

I’ve been asked by a flight attendant to move seats and that doing so would upgrade me to first class I said the only way I would was if they made sure my information was moved with me because ⬇️

File official complaints with the FAA and DOT!! They have to respond to regulatory complaints within a certain timeframe and are usually way more helpful
