im pretty sure you can pay the public transport (im pretty sure bus aint costing 15€ for esch time u go to the hospital) as it is not so expensive, the healthcare is free in spain and +

His medical bills are covered. You’re wanting us to pay for taxis and food (eating out I presume). Why not get the bus and make food at the hotel? This wouldn’t cost anymore than it would in the UK.

Maybe use a bus and a cheap hotel. Food isna lot less expensive in Tenerife than Uk. On another note I'm sure he didn't "fall".... Hope he get better!
