Saludos, recuerda que el tornillo verde es solo para bonding el frame del panel, no para un effective ground-fault current path, para eso es necesario que neutros y grounds estén juntos en el main panel o disconnect, por eso te requiere el jumper.

El problema está en que el grounding electrode conductor lo estás llevando primero a la barra de ground antes de lleavarlo a la barra de neutral…si lo conectas en la barra de neutral entonces ya resolviste el problema 👍🏻

Te explico amigo con mucho gusto. En el sistema americano (ANSI), el suministrador de energía suministra el sistema monofasico 120/240 a través de una conexión Delta con una fase partida.

no Estoy familiarizado con las normas en Estados Unidos pero según yo no se juntan el neutro y la tierra física más qué En el medidor lo que creo yo que te falta ahí es una varilla a tierra en las barras de las tierras
