In the morning, remove the dough 10 minutes beforehand so it can be more pliable. 8. Flatten the dough to a thickness of 1/2 inch and use a round cutter to cut the donuts with a circle in the middle. 9. Once the donuts are assembled, let them rise for 3-4 hours (until they have doubled in size). 10. Heat oil to 370F in a deep fryer. 11. Fry the donuts for 1 or 2 minutes on each side or until light brown. 12. Once the donuts are Once cold, I cover them with the glaze. 13.
