Got lucky and landed an enormous Cubera Snapper! 🔥 This powerful and smart fish was caught using a live skipjack tuna. A gyotaku fish-print of this Cubera Snapper was made to commemorate this beautiful memory, something I will always cherish. The fish was processed, shared with others in the local community and then taken to a local restaurant where they made delicious Cubera Tacos.
