😅😅 Ya the judge told my ex everything he paid was a reimbursement to me so… 🤷🏼♀️(I don’t even do the hair, nails, etc… BUT the sentiment is still the same if the kids are cared for 🤷🏼♀️)

Child support is reimbursement! The assumption is that the default parent already provided for their child and can therefore use that money how they see fit. If the child’s needs are met who cares.

That’s why I didn’t do it, he gives me $150 a week and also buys whatever his kids want. Even helps when I’m short for some bills, I refuse to go to court when I saw what some get.

After 9yrs of him refusing to pay $65 a month in CS, when it started being garnished from his wages (I only get $54 btw) yes, I use it for whatever I feel like it. He hasn't supported her for 9yrs.

I'm supposed to get child support but I don't. However, my daughter is well taken care of by me. So if I ever get the court ordered child support it will be split between my daughter and I.
