Girl I feel the same thing! My parents and grandparents are also immigrants and I’ve seen them not only working hard, but also integrate as much as possible (same as me tbh) it feels so exhausting

It’s so expensive to immigrate as well and you have to pay more than the British national for taxes etc and you’re lucky if your visa even gets approved because it’s not easy to get it.

Same and my parents took jobs that no one would’ve wanted. They worked 12+ hours a day and almost no days off for 10+ years. 😭😭😭
