try ubrevly, also have you tried going to a chiropractor for your migraines? I go when mine last 3-4 days and by time I leave, I feel so much relief

my mil swore by drinking pickle juice. ive also done cold rags behind my ears/ neck or on my eyes. plus an epsom salt bath.

Put an ice pack or frozen peas on the back of your neck while having your feet in warm water…. Huge relief.

EXCEDRIN!! I have chronic cluster migraines and they are painful. I take 2 Excedrin and use an ice migraine cap, and mine goes away fast.
