Red snapper Recipe Ingredients 1. 1 whole Red Snapper 2. 1/4 bunch parsley 3. 1 cup olive oil 4. 8-12 pieces of any pepper of your picking B cx 5. 4 garlic cloves 6. Salt and pepper to taste Steps 1. Descale and clean Red Snapper. 2. To form infused oil, heat oil up in a pot and cautiously add pepper to oil. 3. Allow to cook on medium heat for about 15-20 minutes stirring constantly to avoid charring. The oil should have a reddish hue when ready. 4. Allow to cool then sieve oil into a container. 5. Pour 1/4 cup of infused oil into a bowl, add salt, minced garlic, chopped parsley and lemon juice into bowl. 6. Slice four simultaneous strips of opening on fish to allow marinade sink in. 7. Marinate fish in oil not omitting the inner corners. 8. Place grill pan on stove on medium heat and lightly glaze with oil. 9. Let pan heat until slightly smoking, you could test if is ready for fish, if a small piece of veggie sizzles in contact with it. 10. Cook top side of fish for 5 minutes then flip and cook for 10 minutes. 11. Transfer fish to a different pan and place in preheated oven. 12. Bake fish for 10minutes at 400F. 13.
