I started taking it last week. I was chewing Tums every night before bed and sometimes in the middle of the night. I drink this in the morning on an empty stomach and I have no acid reflux. Its magic.

I've taken two doses and I am in the midst of a massive GERD flare due to PPI withdrawal. after two doses, I already feel much better and my heartburn has been very minimal today

If you need to fix this, just drink alkaline water ph level between 8 - 10. There are water bottles that can do this for you. Take care.
