I have the same issue I took the top of the cool tank off and there was a huge ice block in there. It has to be set out in the sun for two days but when you plug it back in, it’ll freeze up again the sensor does not regulate the cold temperature.

Bottle empty light on tank full somehow shutting off the cold and hot switches and unplugging then replugging turned it back on and functioning

I have the exact same one and have mine for a few years. Mine doesn’t work on the hot. And sometimes it will work for room temperature water. At least I’m seeing someone else having problems.

call the company love something went wrong with the engineering there not supposed to do that my family had one for almost 10 years and it still works

I think brio is trash. I just bought one not long ago and it shakes loudly when dispensing water. our old primo machine lasted 5 yrs no problems til the water stopped cooling.
