On July 16th, 2011, Tyler Hadley a 17 year old living in Florida, posted a status on Facebook “party at my crib tonight… maybe” There was only one problem. Hadley’s parents were home. After k*lling his parents, Tyler Hadley dragged their b0dies into their bedroom, he spent the next 3 hours cleaning up and throwing items that reminded him of his parents on top of their b0dies. Tyler then used his parents credit cards to fund the party. By midnight, more than 60 people had shown up to Tyler Hadley’s house, little did they know his parents b0dies were upstairs the whole time. During the party Tyler was concerned about the noise, stating that the neighbours would call the police, he also told people “I don’t want no one smoking inside, it’s my parents house”. Later he said he didn’t care and told people to smoke inside as they were making too much noise outside his house. One person at the party even joked that Tyler had “k*lled his parents” everyone laughed. Many people kept asking Tyler where his parents was, Tyler would respond with “they’re in Orlando” and on one occasion Tyler replied “they don’t live here, this is my house” Later that night Tyler pulled aside his best friend Micheal, “Mike I k*lled my parents” he said. “No you didnt Tyler, shut up. What are you talking about?” Micheal responded. Tyler replied “look at the driveway, all the cars are there my parents aren’t in Orlando. I k*lled my parents.” Micheal thought it was a prank until Tyler led him to the bedroom where the b0dies were. The selfie taken with Tyler was after he had told him what he had done, Michael took it figuring it would be the last time he would see his friend. When Micheal left the party he called crime stoppers to report the m*rders. Police later arrived to Tyler Hadley’s home and he was arrested for m*rder.
