Do you have this belief that stops you from moving forward? Confession time: I have sabotaged some good things in my life prior to changing this belief. I used to question if certain situations were too good to be true when they would show up for me. I didn’t realize that in every case my subconscious was just doing its job which is to keep me safe whenever anything unknown even if it was positive, would appear. Unfortunately your subconscious can’t differentiate actual danger from perceived danger so by default it would automatically deem unnecessary things, opportunities and people as “not safe,” …think May Day, May Day internally and as we so often do and act according to those beliefs. I felt so frustrated when situations wouldn’t work out for me but wasn’t aware that it was ME who was unknowingly sabotaging them. It wasn’t until I studied subconscious reprogramming that I realized “oh my goodness, I WAS THE CAUSE,” and had a truth juice moment as I like to call them that it wasn’t the person or situation in my past that was the problem it was simply just MY belief system that needed to change. Now let’s not beat ourselves up here as by nature our bodies are hardwired to feel danger whether real or perceived and so anything it can to protect us. So it’s not about blaming yourself but taking accountability.  Once I had this new awareness I started to see through a different lens of discernment and was able to allow more goodness, good people and better situations to come in and stay in my life. It was a lightbulb moment that was a game changer for me. If you’re reading this and realizing you too, have this same belief that was most likely formed early in your life due to events in your younger years you can start to shift your beliefs into more favourable ones so that you don’t continue to self sabotage your own success. The thing with our subconscious is, it’s not what we would logically and rationally think. It’s hidden deeper within us as our internal programming and simply wants to protect us from any possible danger. Therefore you have to override the perceived threats and start to tell it and yourself a new story, a.k.a. program better data into it. With time and persistence in new ideal thoughts you can absolutely train yourself to believe in good things when they come your way and to have them actually stay. And you deserve that.  You deserve, are worthy and capable of the best.
