I just learned about cluster headaches right now..I can't believe these indescribable occur ancestors happen within our own body without any external factor. And that's probably the worst part of it.

I get pretty bad cluster migraines too, but I feel incredibly lucky that I don't get this bad. it's a type of pain I would never wish on anybody no matter how bad it is

my sister had cluster headaches and she was going through a bunch of different medications. she was recommended something called Sinus Plumber (pepper nasal spray) on amazon and it honestly worked

ugh I feel her pain. and her partners. I have my partner squeeze my head as hard as they can when I get these headaches it's so scary not being able to get any relief.
