Covid gave no chance💔 He was the one who had always been there 24/7, But he was dying alone. I imagine you needed me. No family around you, only oxygen and the nurses. I once felt tired of taking care of you, Pa, It wasn’t because of you, but the dementia, You didn’t remember who you were, who I was, what you wanted, it hurt me. But pa, apparently it was better to take care of you, and went back every week to the hospital, than cry every single day and visit your grave. I wished I hadn’t followed my dream to work far from him, I wished I didn’t let him be taken care of by the hospital, I wished I had worked harder back then. Pa, I kept every promise I made. I hope you know above there. Now, I can buy you more coffee, Pa. I can get you your old car that you had sold for your kids. I can bring you to Lourdes. I can do it now Pa, just say it! Oh it hurts me so bad that it’s too late. I am living my life happier as you told me to, but it doesn’t mean I can be happier without you, Pa. How’s heaven Pa? You must miss me so bad right Pa? Pa all the prayers from the people the day you left, it becomes real, I believe it was because of you that I am living my happier life nowadays.
