our hair grows in 3 month cycles. so if you're losing hair & start using Minoxidil, of course you'll continue to see hair loss from whatever was causing it in the first place. it'll be about 3 months

Try the minoxidil liquid instead. It wasn't as drying as the mousse. It DOES work though. I've grown so much more hair once the initial week is past.

Put on your fingers, not directly on your scalp. Also applying a retinoid before to your scalp will help improve its absorption.

Scratch it into your head instead of rubbing into your hair and it’ll be a little less drying to the hair. Use less in more spots so it’s less wet. I’ve been using for 5 months or so
