get piece of wire make the tip a hook push it through the hose and try and hook it at the bottom

Run the camera inside the hose. Twist the movable head in the hose to kinda grip it from the inside and gently pull out.

get a hanger red hot stab the end and let it cool, it will stick to it and come right out

If you could get a good piece of tie wire in there. Put a tiny hook on the end and sleeve it through the tube so you can catch it and pull it upright through your plug hole

possibly put duct tape on the camera tip to lift it up and then try to get a piece of wire in the tube hook it while its stuck to the tape?

Use one of those pickle grabbers they have in the kitchen gadget section, the kind where you push the back and a few little grabbers come out the end, that with the inspection camera zip tied to it

How about the claw thing, except use it backwards. Get it in the end of the tube and the push to expand claw .

small copper tube with small balloon over the end. shove balloon in end of tube. blow it up and slide it out

Go with the idea that you had but have a buddy or somebody else turn over the engine so the piston is at top dead center so it will be easier to move. Idk
