i actually stopped this like pointing the water directly to them, i notice it actually gives them trauma, from then on i use tabo and let my cat be calm

oh naur, i think spraying them water will not do any good. use a scoop and avoid the face area, use your hands po to grip so they wont use their claw to escape u.
