Weight gain struggles & some advice 🩷⬇️ The clothes not fitting & feeling that change happen is scary and hard to deal with as is the body image issues coming with it….wear clothes you feel comfortable in and (terrible advice Ik) trust the process it get better, new clothes, and avoid trying clothes on that are going to trigger you (and stop body checking each time you see a mirror👀 don’t make it worse)  Bloating & it being really uncomfortable….bloating is to some extent normal (this clips recent haha I’d just had dinner & a snack I was full, my body was doing its job!) But the uncomfortable bad digestion and all that actually improves the more you stay consistent, stuck at it and keep fuelling up, your body adjusts, metabolism adjust and gut microbiome improves so you do actually digest food properly and feel good! (I have IBS so I really found it hard!!) but my digestion soo good now and I don’t get that pain full bloat and tummy ache (it’s the process of having to eat more!) Eating more than others….just still do lol I’m a gym girlie and hungry but who cares! Essentially to gain at certain times I had over 3500 at rest to gain your body needs a lot more than you realise! Comparing to someone not in recovery, not trying or needing to gain is only gonna annoy you so stay focused on you! (And know that eating mores not a bad thing and every single body has different needs to be healthy and all that!)  Thinking I’d gain weight forever, never maintain and hate my body….welll first of recovery isn’t something your in forever the aim is to recover and second off weight gain isn’t a forever thing!
