Vaseline on feet and underarm where carry backpack, walking poles, spare socks and change alone the route, fresh feet make such a difference and give you new pep in your step. Hydration/Salt tablets

There was one day we were too exhausted to head out for a meal. We had a nice shower and got McDonald’s delivered to the hotel. We needed the recharge night 🪫🔋

If you cut the heels use a blister patch and a thick tape to tape them on . Add more every hour or two(it slips with the sweat). You will be cutting yourself out of a boot of tape in the hotel 😂

I put time into breaking in my shoes but on the flat roads. Saria was hilly and the second I met a hill the foot moved in the shoes and tore my heels.I spent most of Day 2 wondering how I would finish

Rainwear essential - it rains much more than you think . Good hiking boots- wool socks - get transport for your gear - a waterproof bag. Some people had walking sticks the type you get on Lidl
