Yep, as a child I thought they mated. If it was a boy it was a dog. 😂 Don’t ask how I explained away the fact that my own dog was female. 😂

When gender is unknown most people default to male - as a mum I hear people talk about animals or anthropomorphising objects and do it all the time. I have to stop myself too. AI is just us.
