Let the rolls rise for 15 minutes and preheat the oven to 355°F. Pour cream over the rolls. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown. Frosting: In a large bowl or standmixer, combine softened butter and beat with an electric mixer until light and creamy. Add powdered sugar, ½ cup at a time, beating well. Add cream cheese, vanilla, salt, and beat well. Color half red (optional). Swirl frosting on top of warm rolls for a gooey, melted topping.
