Engine in this state can exceed it's maximum rpm you can achieve by throttle. It's not designed to do this and it can literally explode in every direction. That's why they're running away.

Esa falla de sobre revolución se llama "runaway" y se manifiesta cuando se dañan los cojinetes del turbo y comienza a pasar aceite de lubricación del turbo a la admisión y mientas más rápido gira +
