I’m doing some digging bc I’ve also had a full length spinal fusion (been looking for recommendations for chronic sciatica) but this vid was way too funny and relatable lol. I have severe hypersensitivity in 70% of my back. When I have an itch in that area all I can do is start lightly slapping my back in that area because I have NO idea where the itch is and I can’t scratch it 😩😂 it looks sooo dumb

Lol I had mine done 5-6 years ago (I think) and I'm currently fighting the itch on the majority of the right side of my body 😓
