Adamantium hasn't been "discovered" yet, but Wolverine's skeleton is fused with it. Doesn't make sense.

Wolverine already exists in the MCU, but he still has BONE claws. Wolverine wasn't born with adamantium claws, they were just bone. Weapon X gave him adamantium. DP&W is a different timeline

correction: the EVOLUTION of the weapon X program. Cap was Weapon I, it wasn't until Wolverine that they started playing with Adamantium in the program.

nah.... I reckon the MCU will swerve that abd this adamantum plotline will go towards an MCU weapon H instead after all there is a Red hulk, which means the US gov has figured out how to make hulks
