@lifewithhopee: sunday mornings are for sipping & spilling coffee. I slept in a bit this morning (way more than usual) & spent the first hour or so I was awake just laying in bed, listening to music, and browsing Pinterest. when it was time to officially get up, it was 11:11am. very fitting for someone who’s wished a thousand wishes on that time. ◡̈ my favorite sunday mornings are the ones like today. I don’t have any plans - nowhere to go, no one to see. I take my morning extra slow, being intentional with my movements. I wouldn’t say it is “meditation” per se, but I do think that active meditation through being intentional with your movements does have a really similar effect. I might have spilt a bit of coffee today, but stains come out. as someone who reads into everything, I took it as the world’s way of saying “just go with it - nothing is permanent”. maybe that’s something you needed to hear today, I know it was needed on my end. <3 sending you lots of love and positivity as we end off the weekend!! do you have sunday plans? #sundayroutine #reading #sundaymorning #morningroutine #lifestylevlog
