My best friend has the healthiest child hood I’ve ever heard of and she get extreme anxiety from alcohol. She feels extreme guilt and shame even if she did absolutely nothing embarrassing.

I get extreme anxiety even if only 1 drink cant sleep in or all day. never fails! My close friend wakes up early, happy & energized (lots of trauma) like she ran a marathon & no crash.😫
