Maybe try to paint your wood stairs. Sealing in any smell the raw wood is holding onto.

you can get a moisture reader to test the ceiling and see if the drywall is holding moisture - very helpful tool!

Get an ozone generator! It will kill any mold spores in the house!

contact your home insurance and ask them to test the house for mold, you'll get more accurate results and it should be covered by insurance

I think every house has some amount of mold. It’s good to get it checked though. I will say I bought an air purifier for near my litter box and that helped a ton. Might be good in the smelliest area!

There will always be mold in the air. If it’s growing in your house it’s coming from a leak somewhere and the first step of remediation is to fix any leaks

There are a ton of mold variants and all homes have multiple varieties. You have to send those in to see what kind developed to make sure it’s not black mold.

I’ve never seen anyone not have any mold. I think it’s the nature of homes. Def have someone professional check the attic, ducts, and wall though!

The first air quality is looking more like bacteria than mold. Mold is always going to be fuzzy while bacteria is just dots of color. It’s hard to tell on video but it looks like bacteria.
