I think b/c of other addetives/preservatives the ones in the store often can't retain this bright colour & would look more dull over time so they add dye. Still let's stop putting dye in everything 😅

I HAVE to have homemade pie cuz I'm allergic to Red 40 and it MESSES my stomach up. I wish we'd just outlaw it like a whole bunch of other countries 😩

Because they don’t use fresh bright produce, almost everything they use is “ old” and they have to freshen the color to make it appealing

my dad's favorite pies cherry pie and I use my grandma's recipe for the pie filling and her skulls for red food coloring and it tastes better without the red food coloring and my dad likes it better

they put it in 100% for vanity. I look at it like makeup I feel humans are naturally beautiful and when they add dyes to try to make them more beautiful you become fake looking...vanity
