Feels like the your heels makes it more difficult cause they are open in the back, your ankle is not secure/stable.. Maybe wear something like Maddie has on the video would help you🥰🥰

It's the arms that is the problem, the rest of the walk looks fine. you don't seem to move it behind your torso just in front
