Instead of vegetable oil, mustard oil is used to enhance the flavor. also, instead of yogurt, hung curd is used and also, roasted gram flour is used in the marination to give it a bit of a body.

I made this! Exactly as you said to. Everyone loved it but a couple ppl felt it was a bit spicy (they don’t handle spice well usually). It’s my favorite tandoori chicken I’ve ever made. 😭😭😭
