@_bookofelie: The Tacos el Pastor BEAN AND CHEESE BURRITO in Las Vegas, NV. 🎰 🌯 Located on the North end of the strip, I been hitting this spot when it's too busy at Tacos El Gordo (and cause they don't have burritos there), so we ordered several of their namesake pastor tacos and a seemingly off menu but delicious bean and cheese burrito. The beans were insane, really memorable flavor, cheese was melty and unmelted all at once, a hallmark feature I look for in my street burritos 😮‍💨💪🏽😭 The tortilla wrap didn't hold up after a few squeezes, it also admittedly feels like they don't get burrito requests often...but hopefully that changes soon! Overall, if you're in Vegas, don't want to leave the strip and need a bean and cheese burrito in a pinch in between rounds of roulette...Tacos El Pastor is an extremely valid option. I'll be back again! Also, thanks to all the kind people in Las Vegas who've been saying hello 👋 you guys are the best.
